Should you feel unhappy or worried about something we hope that you feel able to speak to us about it. Should you have cause to complain please discuss this with the Nursery Manager in the first instance. If you are not able to resolve the matter please discuss the complaint with the Business Manager.

Should you feel that the outcome remains unsatisfactory, complaints can be referred to the EYDCP (Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership) at County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes, East Sussex.
